D alpha tocopherol is a natural form of vitamin E and is used for its antioxidant properties. It is found in many personal care products such as skin creams and lotions to promote skin healing and reduce scarring after injuries such as burns. Pure undiluted vitamin E d alpha tocopherol 1490iu is an Ideal antioxidant for oils and cosmetics. It is brownish red yellow viscous oil, with characteristics odor. Soluble in oil, water insoluble.
Vitamin E oil is well absorbed through the skin and shows a great affinity for the small blood vessels or the capillaries. it cools and soothes the irritations of dry skin, helps and prevents and slows signs of ageing and smoothes wrinkles.
Vitamin E Oil is effective in reducing irritation such as allergic and contact dermatitis and reddening of the skin caused by excessive sunlight or UV radiation.
