Silky wax is a non ionic emulsifier (a product that allows water based ingredients and oil based ingredients to bind together) it is used in hair and skin care. This particular emulsifying wax provides a silky feel, self emulsifying, highly compatible, highly stable. Silky Emulsifying wax is an emulsifier (a product that allows water based ingredients and oil based ingredients to bind together) used in hair and skin care.
Applications:  Creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, pomades, sunscreens, ointments, salves, skin protection, lipsticks, make up, eye liners, lip balms, and hair care, ointments, salves, skin pomade.
Recommended usage rate:
Creams: 10.0 – 15.0%
Lotions: 3.0 – 5.0%
Melt point – 53 to 58°C

Typical usage rate: for Lotions is 3-5%, Creams 6%~8%, thick Body Butters10-15% , 2-25% depending on the product to be formulated. For external use only

USE METHOD: Add to oil phase to melt for proper use .
