Vegetable Glycerine USP GRADE is the 99.9% purest form of vegetable glycerine in the cosmetic industry that delivers maximum skin benefits. it is a soothing and moisturizing humectant, a vegetable-based viscous liquid that is commonly found in our favorite lotions, creams, and toners.
